| Flight Nurse Cunningham died in an air medical helicopter accident while en route to pick up a patient. EMS pilot Jennifer Topper and Flight Nurse Bradley Haynes were also killed. Rachel was described as a wonderful wife and aunt who loved scary movies and always said “yes” and a diligent nurse who loved her job and was honest and fearless. |
