| Leslie was a life member of Bayville First Aid Squad and had provided advanced life support as a paramedic for Monmouth-Ocean Hospital Services Corporation and West Jersey Health System since 1984.<br /> <br /> While en route to the hospital with a patient, Leslie was riding in an ambulance that collided with a tractor trailer. She was 43 years old when she died on July 26, 1990.<br /> <br /> Honored 1995 |
