| Flight Nurse Cartner died in a medical airplane accident alongside Flight Paramedic Maddox Burts and EMS Pilot Glen Morthorpe. They were en route to pick up a patient. Robert had just celebrated his 53rd birthday, according to reports from his hometown of Concord, North Carolina where he spent half of his time. Alaska suited his love for adventure and the outdoors as he spent much of his free time fishing, hunting & doing anything challenging. |
