| Firefighter/Paramedic Moore died in the line-of-duty from an apparent heart attack suffered after making multiple emergency responses and engaging in multiple physically stressful and strenuous activities in the line-of-duty. Chris was a member of Missouri Task Force 1 and was deployed to New York in response to the events of September 11, 2001. He also responded to Louisiana after Hurricane Katrina. Chris received several Medals of Valor for actions taken on emergency incidents. He was a dedicated father and “friend of many." |
