Biography
Stehenson was born in Pointe Michel, Dominica and came to the USA at an early age. He lived and worked in Brooklyn, New York most of his life, then moved to New Jersey, then to Delaware. He graduated from City College with a Bachelors degree in Political Science and worked as an EMT with the Fire Department of New York (FDNY) and then later on became a Paramedic. He also was a retired veteran who served in the United States Air Force Reserve as a Medic. Steve retired as a Chief Master Sargent. He enjoyed reading; his favorite writer was Herman Hesse, his favorite book was Malcom X, which all his kids had to discuss with him to confirm that they had read it entirely. His favorite poet was Kumi and he enjoyed Time and Atlantic and Air Force magazines.
