Biography
A statement from the AMR Northeast News said, "Josh was not a saint or superhero, Josh was one of us. Like most of us, he came to work motivated by a deep felt desire to care for others. He had a special ability to convey that sense of caring for his patients and fellow caregivers. Not a saint, just one of our best, representing the best in all of us. His talent for caring is something we should all aspire to. His legacy to us will be realized if we strive every day to care as well as he did for our patients and colleagues."<br /> <br /> Joshua P Hanson, 26, lost his life on November 22, 2001 from injuries he sustained in an accident involving the ambulance in which he was riding.
