| Steve was an emergency medical worker for the American Medical Response-Roswell Service in Roswell, New Mexico. He had been employed for four years. In addition, he had planned to continue his education to become a paramedic. Mr. Lovato was his organization's safety officer, a driving instructor, and had been selected as a company mentor to help teach and develop potential EMTs. In the year 2000, Steve was selected by his peers as the individual who best illustrated the principle of ?Being Responsive to Our Patients' in the ?Stars of the Vision and Guiding Principles' for the central region of AMR. |
