Biography
Marco was born in Juarez, Mexico, and moved to El Paso with his family as a one-week-old infant. He was a graduate of Burgess High School in 1989, afterwards attending the University of Texas in El Paso. Marco was a hard worker and loyal employee, with many interests and hobbies. In 1993, Marco joined El Paso's Fire Department EMS. During his time at the fire department, Marco attended paramedic school, graduating in 1995. Four years later, he became a flight paramedic for Med Flight Air Ambulance, where he was promoted to assistant site supervisor.<br /> <br /> Marco was a dedicated son. Marco cared for his mother, Blanca Villalobos, as she battled cancer. After her death in 2000, Marco became the sole care provider for his invalid father, Pablo Villalobos, by whom he is survived.<br /> <br /> Even with his seemingly incredible amount of responsibilities, Marco continued to work on his nursing degree while working at his third job at Las Palmas Medical Center Emergency Department.<br /> <br /> Marco worked hard and played hard, making time to ride his Harley with The Maltese Knights and take vacations in Las Vegas. He also enjoyed watching movies, playing the guitar and singing karaoke to his favorite band, Journey.<br /> <br /> Marco will be missed by his community, co-workers, and friends.<br /> <br /> Honored 2007
