Biography
Jeanette shared herself with others in need of help, and did so readily. She was like an angel here on earth; she was so kind and gentle. She had the sweetest personality and it came across with her patients, helping to calm them down. She loved her family and she loved EMS.<br /> <br /> Jeanette M. Roseberry, 27, of Boonsboro, Maryland, lost her life in the line of duty on November 18, 2004. She was the driver of a Mid Maryland Medical Transport ambulance that was en route to Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center located in Baltimore. The team was transporting a pregnant patient from the Washington County Hospital for treatment when the ambulance collided with a tractor trailer. Mrs. Roseberry was killed instantly. All survived with the exception of the unborn baby.<br /> <br /> Mrs. Roseberry was a member of Williamsport Volunteer Ambulance Service, Inc., where she had served as an emergency medical technician with five years of service. "She was a very good volunteer, very dedicated, and was a devoted family person too," stated Deputy Chief Tom Anderson.<br /> <br /> Honored 2009
