Biography
On Wednesday, August 27, 2014, Monica was the flight nurse on a fixed wing air ambulance that was transporting a patient when the Cessna plane crashed. Monica and the other crew members – Juan-Alfredo “Freddy” Martinez, and Taurean Summers – were all killed in the crash, including the patient who was being transported.
