| On Wednesday, August 27, 2014, Freddy was the EMS pilot on a fixed wing air ambulance that was transporting a patient when the Cessna plane crashed. Freddy and the other crew members – Monica Chavez and Taurean Summers – were all killed in the crash, including the patient who was being transported. |
