The purpose of the National EMS Memorial Service is to remember and honor those emergency medical services personnel who have died in the line of duty. While the National EMS Memorial Service Weekend is facilitated by hundreds of volunteers, there are a number of hard expenses throughout the year associated with planning and carrying out the tribute. These sponsorships support the work of the organization throughout the year.
Platinum $25,000
The Platinum Sponsorship provides funding to support the ongoing efforts of the National EMS Memorial Service organization to recognize the Honorees each year. This sponsorship includes logo placement on the NEMSMS web site, recognition in the program booklet and a piece of NEMSMS memorabilia.
Gold $20,000
The Gold Sponsorship provides funding to support the ongoing efforts of the National EMS Memorial Service organization to recognize the Honorees each year. This sponsorship includes logo placement on the NEMSMS web site, recognition in the program booklet and a piece of NEMSMS memorabilia.
Silver $15,000

National EMS Memorial Service 2016 EVENT Sponsorship
The National EMS Memorial Service Weekend is a series of events designed to honor and remember emergency services personnel who lost their lives in the line of duty. Each event throughout the Weekend is designed to recognize the Honoree, celebrate the life of the individual and help the family to heal. These events are not possible without theses generous sponsorships.
Welcome and Opening Dinner $ 2,000.00
The Welcome and Opening Dinner is the kickoff event of the National EMS Memorial Service Weekend. The event welcomes our families to the Weekend and allows them to meet and greet the EMS Memorial Bike Riders who are honoring their loved one.
Family Breakfast and Orientation $ 3,000.00
The Family Breakfast and Orientation is an opportunity for families to gather in fellowship and prepare for the formal aspects of the National EMS Memorial Service. The volunteers orient the families to the key elements of the Service.
Closing Family Breakfast and Candle Lighting Ceremony $ 3,000.00
The Closing Family Breakfast and Candle Lighting is a private event for the families of the Honorees. The event brings closure to the National EMS Memorial Service Weekend and endeavors to provide the families with hope as they move forward without their loved one.
National EMS Memorial Service Flags $ 1,000.00
The families of the Honorees identify the presentation of the United States flag as one of the most meaningful moments of the Weekend. Each of the flags that is presented has flown over the U.S. Capitol. This sponsorship makes the presentation of a flag to each family possible.
National EMS Memorial Service Medallions $ 1,000.00
The families of the Honorees identify the presentation of a commemorative medallion as one of the more meaningful moments of the Weekend. This sponsorship makes the presentation of a medallion to each family possible.
National EMS Memorial Service Programs $ 1,000.00
Each of the attendees receives a program booklet at the National EMS Memorial Service that outlines the events of the Weekend and provides background on each of the Honorees. This sponsorship makes the printing of the program booklets possible.
Tree of Life $ 1,000.00
The names of those individual Honorees recognized each year are added to the Tree of Life. The Tree of Life represents a permanent tribute to the individual and will be part of the National EMS Memorial when it is constructed.
Adopt A Family Program
The National EMS Memorial Service is about recognizing the Honorees and the Families for their sacrifice. The organization has a long tradition of providing support to defray the costs for the family members of each Honoree to attend the National EMS Memorial Service Weekend. It is the goal of the organization to make attendance at the Service Weekend possible for all Families.

Any in-kind donations with an estimated value of $350 or more are recognized in the Program.
